{we rocked summer}

so most days this is what my house looked like. really, i tried!

we went camping over fathers day weekend.

i couldnt keep damon and his cousins off the 4 wheelers

but they were all quick to stop to shot some ammo

a few lunch dates at neptune park.

wish i didnt get sick on stuff like this. oh to be a kid again!

we had a neighborhood shave cream war

and cleaned off with a giant slip and slide. the kids had a blast and wanted to do it again, but i kinda forgot :) or did i???

thats right, lisa and i couldnt let the kids have ALL the fun!

reunited and it was super sweet. these two cousins just love to be together!  wish they didnt move away to st george.

we headed up to the salt lake seven peaks with friends!

think the kids like it better than provo.

at the strawberry days rodeo. we were very impressed and had a great time. the little miss was completely entertained the entire time.

over the 4th we headed to ogden to see gpa and gma unck

we stopped at the original farrs for some real ice cream!

and headed to Brigham city for front row seats to the fire works.

came back and did our own show, courtesy of aunt kris!

the next day grandpa show the kiddos how to make paracord bracelets

they were loving it, and we just love being at the grandparents!

unfortunately while there our sweet grandma arline was hit by an ambulance and was killed on impact. she will be missed. she truly was a sweet heart and one of the kindest ladies you ll ever meet!!

once we found some more free time we headed swimming with all our bestest friends!

we hit up the free swim day at the pool.

and then headed over to hang time for some sweet dodge ball and play time

almost everyday you could find us at some snow shack or other

we stopped by the sweet city fair for some fun games.

little miss wore her pj's because we were going to stay for the out door movie, but that didnt happen.

but they sure had fun dancing and singing

the kiddos were in the local parade, our school won best small float. We ROCK!

and we hit up the local carnival

gpa stopped by on his motorcycle and gave the kiddos a ride

and for my b-day we went and saw katy perrys movie

and had lunch with my bestie!

little miss chopped her hair off. TEAR! but she still looks adorable!

we took the kids to their first play. fiddler on the roof. i wasnt to sure how little miss would do, but she surprised me and only lost interest for about and hour out of three, and she even retained the story line. :)

drive in movie! ice age and diary of a wimpy kid. the kids were fighting so much we about left. at this point i was so ready for school to start, which is not like me at all.

and last but not least, my awesome neighborhood put on a back to school party, complete with bounce houses and soft serve ice cream!!
