Cowabunga Bay

I highly recommend a sunday afternoon
no lines+quick rides= HAPPY KIDS
this place was super-duper fun.
the mr and I enjoyed ourselves in the lazy
river while the kidsters ran and played

all tuckered out
man its hard being a kid

i love camping,
i love the real time i get with all my family
i love the smell of camp fire in the morning
i love that feeling that time doesn't exists
and that electronics, computers and tv
cant get in the way of your time
(for the most part) (i may have had to run to town
and check my email for work)

i mean just look at these faces
they are to die for

and who doesnt love the peacefulness of fishing

while reading a good book

and watching your sweet pea relax and soak in the sun

enjoying a little nature hike with the
most fascinating explorer out there

dv tried the flow rider over and over
defiantly harder than it looks, but he didnt give up
we will be there alot im sure next summer.

im probably going to get shot for saying this,
but....
this was probably one of the worst concerts
ive ever been to,
however, to redeem myself,
i must say, they really are great musicians, really
im just not a huge fan, and even more
im not a fan of hour long solos.
half the time i wasnt sure when to
clap.
so please, dont take it personally.
I did have a great time with my girls
and thats what matters most.

but once she did there was no stopping her.

i love watching him try out new stuff and
get more nerve to venture out into the
wide open spaces.

Dancing Under the Star

this was miz pretty's last performance with her
company at center stage
they got to perform in the pre-show
and after meet up with some of the stars
they really are some great performances

Miss Kim and Ava, oh how we miss her :)

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!!!!!

really.... seriously...
i cant take it anymore
i love these kids
and i dont want them growing up
this is just too much for one heart to handle

look how grown up they are

i lost my partner in crime,
my singing buddy,
my girl talks with late mornings breakfasts
in bed
because no one was around
to see,

and this guy, who thinks he's 12, and
like to texts with his friends
and make movies for you tube
and stay out late playing night games,
this guy who now will get a
actual report card
with A B and C's on it and not
just doing excellent.or satisfactory,
{im shooting for just A's, but no pressure}
really, it should be illegal to go up so fast
and really, summer should be 9 months and
school should be 3, im just sayin.

ok, so back on a happy note
we purchased
one of those great
passes of all passes
with seven peaks
so of course
we had to ditch school, to play
{i know, im a bad mom, school wasnt even
in session a full week}
we hit up the lehi trafalga
three times
and played laser tag a few times
{its so fun and exciting, really}

because we got to still sleep

SOCCER
miz pretty joined the soccer world
and man does she love it

yes, maybe at first she liked to stand there,
and twirl her hair,
and get all the attention from all the
boys on her team,
but after a few practices she got the hang of it
and she can run with the rest of them

AND last but Certainly not least
DV made the swim team
he is so excited and also right up
his alley,
he loves to swim and what
better than to be competitive at it

*featured swimmer is the one and only MR.
his senior year, made the local paper.
isnt he hot!
